I often have URGENT chocolate cravings. I have a problem with self control and typically don’t feel like making (and accidentally eating) an entire batch of anything. So I made this, and you should too!
mix together in a single serving size, microwaveable bowl:
2 tablespoons flour (I always use whole wheat, but use whatever you prefer)
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 tablespoon cocoa
mix that all up and make a hole in the middle, add-
1 tablespoon coconut oil
2-3 tablespoons almond milk
a few drips of vanilla
a pinch of salt
Mix but don’t overmix; add more milk of it seems dry. Microwave x 2 minutes. I would double the recipe if anybody expects you to share with them.
Things I would consider adding next time: craisins, peanut butter, walnuts, chocolate chips, coconut, powdered sugar or peanut butter on top….. it just keeps getting better!
