I only slept 4 hours last night. My mother-in-law was actually in the hospital overnight (which means we were in the hospital overnight)
BUT all is well- she’s totally healthy- so the 4 hours of sleep was obviously worth it.
So I survived a day at work, and I even answered the phone when a friend called to invite me to the gym. I’m pretty sure I’ve never done a full workout on an elliptical, but I was at risk of fall asleep on the treadmill. I “ran” for 30ish minutes and 100 crunches/ 50 push-ups/ 30 squats/ 10 dips made me feel like I got a pretty good workout.
We ended our night strong with homemade masaman curry with tofu and brussels, and binged on “how I met your mother”.
It’s an early night, we’re resting up for a big trip into the frozen tundra of Michigan this weekend- more on that later!!
