Happy Hour

The hubby and I headed to the Y after work today. I wasn’t feeling like hitting the dreadmill, so I mixed it up.

15 minutes on the recumbent bike, “hill climber”.

10 minutes on the elliptical.

1 mile on the track (7:50).

10 more minutes on the bike.

100 crunches.

50 push ups.
